5. Ride Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellation of rides is subject to the Driver’s cancellation policy.

• Refunds for canceled rides will be processed according to the Driver’s refund policy.

• If there is an issue with your ride, please contact the Driver directly to resolve the matter.

6. User Conduct:

• You agree to treat Drivers with respect and courtesy.

• You must not engage in any inappropriate or harmful behavior during a ride, including harassment, violence, or damage to the Driver’s vehicle.

• The Company is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from your use of the App or the services provided by Drivers.

• The Company is not liable for any actions or omissions of the Drivers or other third parties.

• The Company is not responsible for any missing items or items that are left behind in the vehicles while traveling. 

8. Termination:

• The Company may terminate or suspend your account at its discretion.

• You may terminate your account by contacting customer support.

9. Changes to Terms:

• The Company reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time.

• You will be notified of any changes, and your continued use of the App after such notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
